ZS-GF-5299E is a low viscosity double group divided addition silicone sealant, flash potting adhesive can be cured at room temperature, can also be heated curing and has the higher the temperature the faster the cure characteristics. Four, the use of Technology

1, before mixing: first of all, the A component and B component in their respective containers fully stirring evenly.

2, mixing: should comply with the A component: B component = 1: 1 weight ratio, and stir evenly. -

3, the bubble: plastic mixture should be evacuated after 1-3 minutes.

4, potting glue mixture should be filled as soon as possible to perfuse the products, so as to avoid the late rubber thickening and bad fluidity

5, curing: room temperature curing can be heated. The higher the temperature, the faster the cure rate is. When the temperature is low, the curing time should be prolonged. In winter

The season will take a long time to cure, it is recommended to use heating method of curing, curing 100 to 15 degrees Celsius under 80 minutes, room temperature conditions generally required

12 hours curing.

Five, matters needing attention

1, plastic materials should be sealed in dry room temperature storage, mixing good plastic materials should be used as soon as possible, to avoid waste.

2, flash sealant is a non dangerous goods, but not the entrance and eye.

3, flash potting non-toxic, has good physical inertia, no irritation and damage to the skin. The product does not contain inflammable and explosive components, will not cause fire and explosion accident, no special requirements for transport.

4, after a period of time, the glue will be stratified. Please stir evenly after use, does not affect the performance.

5, the following may will hinder the potting flash curing, or are not cured, so best in a simple experimental verification application, if necessary, need cleaning application site.
