Physical & Chemical Property:

Application:
1. Coating film forming agent alcohol ester 12 is an excellent coating film forming agent. Compared with other film forming additives, due to the low freezing point of alcohol ester 12, it can effectively reduce the minimum film forming temperature of latex paint, promote the film forming of latex paint, has excellent wet film performance, can improve the film performance of latex paint, and has good paint stability. Thus, it improves the adhesion rate, flatness, brightness, brush-resistance, anti-hanging properties and leveling properties of the coating. Alcohol ester 12 is an insoluble solvent of dibasic alcohol ester, has good hydrolysis stability, is a strong solvent of latex polymer, has high coalescence performance, and is a very ideal film forming assistant.

Synthetic lubricant The lubricant synthesized from the pelanoate of the alcohol ester twelve as the base material has excellent stability, good performance index at low temperature and low elastic expansion index.
