Physical & Chemical Property:
Light stabilizer 2020 is a blocky polyhindered amine light stabilizer with good compatibility and resistance to extraction. 2020 is used as an effective light stabilizer for polyolefin (PP, PE), olefin copolymers (such as EVA) and polypropylene blends with elastomers.
Application:
Light Stabilizer 2020 combines very high light stability and long-lasting thermal stability with other auxiliary properties such as low color interference and improved melt flow rate control. It provides excellent light stability for PP fibers, PP narrow bands, PE films, PP and PE thick products. It also shows unique long-term thermal stability for filled PP products and carbon black filled systems. Light Stabilizer 2020 is an efficient long-term heat stabilizer in thin and thick products and shows high extraction resistance. Its concentration ranges from 0.1% to 1.5%, depending on the substrate, processing conditions and application.
