Application:This product is a non-carcinogenic substitute for benzidine (Ames test negative), which is suitable for the peroxidase substrate of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The substrate produces a soluble light blue end product which can be read at 370 or 620-650nm by spectrophotometry. Use 2M H2SO4 to terminate the TMB reaction (to yellow) and read the data at 450nm. A sensitive specific reagent for detecting blood, determining hemoglobin, and measuring peroxidase.
