Long-chain Alkyl Modified Silicone Oil
Main content: hydrocarbyl polysiloxane
Characteristics: Alkyl modified silicone oil has good lubricity, mold release, hydrophobicity, compatibility and printability.
Application:
（1）Used as basic oil for lubricating grease. Alkyl modified silicon oil, with excellent lubricity, its attrition value is 0.079.
High lubrication performance:
• Lubricating between stainless steel and titanium steel which is difficult to lubricate
• Lubricating oil for aluminum machine, etc.
（2）Appearing likes grease solid. When mixed with paraffin, it can be used as lubricant for fiber and yarn and rib agent for melt spinning.
（3）Used as release agent.
• Excellent effect
• Do not hamper subsequent printing, embossing and painting on the surface of the product
（4）Used as a hydrophobic agent
• It can reduce the freezing point of crude oil and improve the shock resistance strength of polypropylene.
（5）Used As a skin care and hair care product.
• Adding into the formula of skin care and hair care products, it can improve the lubricity and spread ability of the product, allowing good sealing property and
improving hair modify ability.
