Specification

Properties: White or light yellow powder, granular. The density is 1.26-1.32. Soluble in benzene, methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, dissolved gasoline, do not dissolve in water, acid, dilute alkali solution.

Application: It's a delayed action accelerator of NR, SBR, BR, polyisoprene rubber, and reclaimed rubber, especially used in carbon black sizing material which has high alkaline. It's safety under the operating temperature, anti-scorching property is high, vulcanization speed is fast, stretching strength is high, can improve the use radio of SR. Low toxicity, efficient, it's good back up for NOBS, has excellent comprehensive property, be regarded as standard accelerator. Widely used in the production of radial tire. Mainly used in the manufacture of tire, rubber overshoes, tube, rubber belt, cable.

Packaging: 25kgkraft paper bag or jumbo bag.

Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, the packaged product should avoid exposure of direct sunlight. The validity is 1 year.

Note: The product could be ultra fine powder based on customer accurate requirement.
