Description
Nano silica dispersion
Nano silicon dioxide dispersion is composed of nano-silica in liquid by patent technology. Compared with the silica produced by gas phase method, the influence of our silica on improving the system viscosity is unapparent and the addition is up to 70%. High content addition can improve the properties of product such as abrasion performance, temperature tolerance, hydrolysis resistance, UV-stability and mechanical property. Moreover, dispersion could solve the dust pollution when using silica powder and avoid uneven distributed nano performance degradation. This dispersion product has essential differences with silicon gel by chemical method. It is not sensitive to the change of pH,It is not sensitive to change of temperature,It is stable with small amount impurity elements such as Al, Zn, Ca.
Application:
●Coating and ink: Nano silicon dioxide dispersion widely used in all kinds of coating, has good performances such as waterproof, fireproof, washing resistance, dirt resistance, anti-caking, emulsifier, extinction, dispersion, ultraviolet resistant, etc,
●Adhesives and sealants: Thixotropic and liquidity control, increase the adhesive strength and temperature tolerance, prevent caking and sagging, etc,
●Refractory materials: Nano silicon dioxide dispersion is widely used in process furnaces and other thermal equipment. It possesses well stripping strength, volume stability and temperature resistance. Besides, it can also be used for the equipment with corrosive environment,
●Textile industry: The spinnability of wool can be improved by the modifier nano silicon dioxide dispersion. Meanwhile, it can make the textiles more wearable, washable, non-slip, resistant to pollution, anti-static, etc;
●Paper-making industry: As additives, the nano silicon dioxide dispersion can make the paper more smooth, make the images brighter, and increase the exposure range. It can improve the skid resistance of paper, improve the strength and the temperature tolerance of paper;
●Foundry industry: Used in shell precision casting, the nano silicon dioxide dispersion can improve the strength of shell mould, improve the dimension accuracy and degree of finish;
