Started from 2010, Wonda drives into fast development in multi-directions. Wonda has continually invested 2~3 million dollars into health research every year, and already harvest significant achievements in a few areas:
IP1108 is modified from a natural amino acid against diabetes II.Preclinical study proves that IP1108 provides efficient treatment and prevention of obesity, type II diabetes, and associated diseases.
Wonda oncology team has developed an herbal formula that provides over 50% successful treatment for different kind of cancers. Especially for leukemia, animal study has resulted in over 90% cure in 1~6 months of treatment without accumulated toxicity observation. This is the best treatment in medical history that could save thousand lives each year with limited cost. Clinical study will be issued and started in early 2015.
Currently, Wonda medchem department is also pursuing new drug against "super bugs". Every year, multi-drug-resistant bacteria kill thousands of lives world-wide. New antibiotics haven't been well studies in the past 50 years. Our goal is to design a novel structure with the properties of against broad spectrum, not only Gram-positive, but also Gram-negative and MDR bacteria. The project is moving forward with promising data. Look forward to locking the preclinical candidate in the middle of 2015.
